From Friendship To Partnership
Our story begins back in 1963 with two friends Syd Spiegel and Norman Albert. Syd and Jake began acquiring commercial and retail properties in the Quinte area. Their passion for a growing their local economy ignited and their focus quickly shifted to acquiring spaces suitable to accommodate various businesses such as restaurants, retail stores, and office spaces.
Family Owned & Operated
Today S&A Investment Limited remains a family owned and operated business. With 4 generations of the Albert family joining the team, the company leadership was passed on to David Albert, Norman's son, and the most recent family addition of Adam Albert to carry on the family legacy.
